Following the Tri-County Tornado the Shadow Angel Foundation gave away over 1200 Russ Teddy Bears.
The bears were distributed in Pulaski, Massac, and Pope Counties of Southern Illinois. The F4 tornado
killed three and injured over 100 people. The area is still recovering from the disaster.
