The Shadow Angel Foundation is a non-profit charity begun in 2003 and based in Paducah, Kentucky.  We exist to meet the direct needs of individuals and organizations coping with natural disasters, traumatic events, and community needs with an emphasis on the needs of children.  By so doing, we hope to enhance the social, economic and physical quality of the community and people's lives.

To accomplish our mission we shall solicit funds to provide services directly, to educate concerning disaster preparedness and aftermath, and shall work in partnership with agencies such as:
